V daném kontextu totiž její instalace skýtá i explicitně aktivistický rozměr, neboť v pravoúhlém rámu reklamního billboardu se z určitého úhlu odráží i někdejší „výkladní skříň“ Ostravy – a dnes jedno z řady neuralgických míst města – chátrající památka obchodního domu Ostravica.

Just as the Minimalists attempted to redefine art by relating attention not to the work itself, but to its surroundings, Klára Horáčková applies this inverse logic to the field of advertising, which she makes symbolically disappear in the mirror reflection of the surrounding world. However, while in Minimalism the mirror implied above all a chiasmic relationship between object and subject, anchored in Lacanian psychology and Merleau-Ponty's phenomenology of perception, her installation responds rather to the contemporary oversaturation of visual stimuli. "The ubiquity of the images created affects our perception of the world. We take it as natural to spend a great deal of time immersed in someone else's imagery, often even dominating the time spent in this way, and the conscious boundaries between the personal and the foreign, the imposed, or even the virtual and the real, become blurred," she says.
Her intention, however, is not just the need to offer the viewer a different perspective on the images that surround us, to divert their attention away from the manipulative advertising information and focus it back on "reality". In the given context, her installation also has an explicitly activist dimension, as the rectangular frame of the billboard reflects from a certain angle the former "shop window" of Ostrava - and today one of the many neuralgic places of the city - the dilapidated monument of the Ostravica department store.
